The guy down at the end of the stage was making the "come here and I'll tip you" gesture, so thither Joy went. "Hey, baby," she said, seductively, leaning down to hear him better (and not-so-incidentally give him a good look at the girls). "Got something for me?" She batted her eyelashes at him.
"Yeah," he said, and leered, reaching up to fondle her ass. Joy evaded easily. "A date."
She straightened abruptly and turned to stalk off. Men. Called her away from the first decent dancing she'd had all night without even having the decency to tip. Why did this always happen to her?
"Hey!" he called, sounding offended. Men. "Don't you want me?"
"No," she said. "I have a boyfriend." And a date with him after she got off work, thank God. He'd calm her down. Aaron was good at that.
The man leered at her again, and grabbed his crotch. Joy rolled her eyes again. "Bet he's not as good in the sack as me, baby!"
Okay, that opening was too good to ignore. "Probably not," she said, "since he's asexual."
The look on the guy's face was so amazing that Joy just bent over and laughed.
