Title: Sun
Rating: PG
Summary: Alan can't quite believe he's really this happy.
Warnings: none.
Notes: This is it for today! Five more tomorrow and then I'll quit flooding the comm, I promise.
Some days, Alan couldn't believe he really was this happy.
His childhood and adolescence hadn't been unhappy, but they hadn't been happy either, and then his adulthood until he met Christine was more of the same. And then-- and then there was a blur of five years, and now he was married with a baby and another on the way, in a perfect house, with a career he loved.
He still wasn't sure how it had happened. But he could sit at the kitchen island, bottle-feed Annelise, and watch Christine waddle around chopping vegetables, and that was enough for him.
