If someone was to ask, Andy would tell the truth; he's still a virgin. And he's pretty sure that even today this hypothetical person would react with horror.
Which he doesn't get. It's not like he's repressing or anything, not with his moms, and he's not asexual-- he has a very healthy sex drive, thank you.
It's just... sex. It's a big step, and he wants to be sure that the moment and the person are right. He wants to be sure he's in love.
If that's a girly thing to think, then he's girly. He's perfectly fine with that.
