Diplomacy
Title: Diplomacy
Rating: PG
Summary: Diplomacy, noun, the art of lying.
Date: 2026
Notes: none
"...and these are my aunts," Molly says, happily.
Wesley squints at the picture. "Wow," he says. "Your one aunt doesn't look like her sisters at all."
Molly blinks at him, then at the picture. "You mean Aunt Gina? She's not their sister, she's Aunt Ivy's wife."
Wesley goes stiff. "Molly," he begins, carefully, "you know being gay is wrong, right?"
Later, Molly claims she doesn't remember pushing him off his chair. Or kicking him in the ribs. Or calling him a jerkwad (which she learned from Aunt Ivy).
Her dad is laughing too hard to discipline her properly. Molly beams.
