When next Lars happened to find himself in the northern part of the world, he went to visit Ivy and Gina because... well, of course he did, they were there and he liked them, and they liked him. Or so he'd thought; judging from Gina's glare, that was no longer the case.
"I'm sorry?" he tried.
Gina said nothing, only gestured at the window. With excellent timing, Estivas swooped past, Ivy clinging to its back and yelling like a banshee. Both of them looked like they were enjoying themselves immensely. Lars winced.
"I'm really sorry?"
"You will be," Gina said.
