Title: Dancing
Rating: PG.
Summary: Olivia doesn't dance.
Date: October 2004
Notes: none
She dances across the worn carpet at home, moving from jazz to tap to ballet and back, reveling in the grace and the movement and her hair against her face when she spins. The floorboards give slightly under her feet, their creaking familiar; she can smell tea steeping in the kitchen. Her father laughs, applauds her, and she spins into his arms...
"Olivia?"
Olivia opened her eyes on the theatre, red seats stretching into the distance, and Gina, leaning on the stage.
"I didn't know you danced," Gina said, curiousity lining her voice.
"I don't," Olivia said, and got down.
