"I don't get it," Ivy said.
"It's the Statue of Liberty," Aaron told her. "Are you blind?"
She ignored the jibe, tilting her head as she looked at his construction. "Nope," she said, at last. "Still don't get it."
He sighed his most put-upon sigh. "The torch," he said, gesturing at the flashlight. "The base, the body, the crown," a pile of books, a doll, Summer's princess tiara. "It's obvious."
"I get that," Ivy said, in her best "duh" tones. "What I don't get is why."
"Oh. Well, that's obvious too. Because."
She rolled her eyes, but didn't object further.
