but that’s all wrong.
that is my brain off drugs.
eggshell fragments on the carpet
bits of myself falling away
as the pan comes down again
and again
and again.
and I am the girl with the pan
destroying myself again
and again
and again.
all the king’s Zoloft and all the king’s Prozac
can never put me together again.
at least
they stop
the pan.
